Loch Goil and Inveraray Steamboat Company
Formed in 1909 to take over the assets of two companies in liquidation, the Loch Goil & Loch Long and the Glasgow & Inveraray Steamboat Companies, the two main steamers were sold in 1912 to Turbine Steamers Ltd, whose fast and modern turbine steamers had come to dominate the Inveraray excursion trade. The Loch Eck steamer Fairy Queen remained in the company's possession.
