Not an immediate success due to insufficient speed and considerable
remedial work was undertaken.
Her history was punctuated by various mishaps, including colliding
with a submarine in 1903.
One life was lost when the vessel ran down a yacht in 1935
Withdrawn in 1937 and scrapped the following year at Llanelli.
