In 1906 after liquidation of the company, the ship was sold to the two leading shareholders of the company (including Gioacchino Lauro)
Sold in 1906 to  Gioacchino Lauro and Giovanni Pollio who had been major shareholders in the Sorrentina company
Sold in September 1907 to
the Naples-based Societa Industriale e Commerciale Meridionale (who had earlier bought Principessa Mafalda)
Sold in 1909 to Serafina Vassilieva Vissarionovna at Odessa, Russian Empire
Renamed Vassilief
Possibly in use until 1930
